My biggest obstacle is money. I am a disabled person on a very very tight budget. I have a hard time buying healthy things. I wish I knew how to eat healthy, cheaply.

ovarian cysts. they’ve caused me to put on a lot of weight almost entirely on my mid section and I can’t seem to lose it. It’s really annoying.. Any adivce? I don’t want to operate to remove the cysts.. do you know of any natural ways to shrink them?

@firedmotion i got the same problem!! fat as a kid and teenager,started dieting 8 years ago, did well till 2006 then stated gaining back,loosing,gaining.. up&down.. now ive found out about dr.Ray Peat and have been reading about him since easter time and now working with a praticianer that teaches his method.. as i said in my previous comment we gotta be healthy First to allow the body to loose stored fat.. if cells are not healthy the weight will come back!!

I gain weight very easy. It is really frusterating because most of the time I am a very healthy eater & it seems like when I do cheat now & then, its not a substancial amoun.t. I can gain about 3-5 pounds the next day sometimes. My weight goes up and down. I have been struggling with this since I was a kid & even remember avoiding all fattening foods when I was a kid while I was growing but at the same time I would still have a little pouch. I dont want to keep gaining every year & get heavier.

Try chopping up some sticks or slices of jicama and squeeze some fresh lime over it. It’s easy to snack on like chips, extremely high in fiber, low glycemic.
Jicama is a root vegetable in the potato family. Raw it’s crunchy and sweat and almost taste like a fruit. It’s very yummy with lime squeezed on top and will actually alkaline.

My biggest weight loss issue is that I’m a very picky eater, and the foods I do like are high in fat such as cheese. You don’t seem to have any videos about dairy products, and if it’s mentioned in a video it’s only briefly. So, can you do a video on dairy products.
My diet is good except for the addiction to potato chips!!! Cant shake that last 5lbs. Any alturnitives?
My issue is that I’ll start doing really well, cutting out foods I know my body doesn’t want, and then I’ll go right back to it. So I guess really making the lifestyle change permanent
My main obstacle on weight loss is not giving a rip. You see I’m middle aged and my reproductive drive is now very low. My main reason for weight loss is to look good for dating but now I don’t want to date so what’s the point of depriving myself? Now I do have a fitness routine that keeps my body tuned up so I feel good. But as far as having a modest bulge in my midsection, who gives a rip?
